Overview

ImgLink ("we", "us", or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using our service.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content hosted on ImgLink infringes your copyright, please submit a written notification containing the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the URL(s) or other specific location on our service.
  4. Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.

Repeat Infringers

ImgLink will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We maintain a policy that provides for the termination in appropriate circumstances of accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright.

Good Faith

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages. Do not make false claims.
